DiveOS is management software for dive centres. It covers the inquiry, the booking, the pre-arrival forms, the daily boat board, the dive log, courses, equipment rentals, invoicing, stock and staff rosters, in one system with one login.
Most centres we have worked in run this on a WhatsApp phone behind the desk, a paper manifest and a price spreadsheet. That works until the person who knows where everything is takes a day off.
The people building it have worked front desks, guided dives and filled tanks. That is why it checks medical flags and instructor rating expiry rather than leaving those to memory.

The middle number is zero. DiveOS has not launched, so every screenshot on this site is sample data from a fictional centre rather than a real customer’s.
What DiveOS does not do
Four things it deliberately leaves to other tools. If you need any of them, email us and we will say what we have seen centres use alongside DiveOS.
Liveaboard folios
Cabin-by-cabin billing across a multi-day cruise. DiveOS covers day boats and shore diving.
Accounting ledgers
DiveOS produces invoices, records payments and exports CSV. Your accountant keeps the books elsewhere.
E-learning
Agencies run their own theory platforms. DiveOS records that a student finished, not the coursework.
A booking website
DiveOS handles an inquiry once it reaches you. It does not build or host your public website.
The team
A small team. Names and roles will be listed here before launch. The space is empty rather than filled with stock photography.
