Billing terms
No card to start the trial
All 14 days, every module, your real data. We ask for a card when you decide to keep it, not before.
Going over a seat limit
Pass your seat count and we tell you, then bill $8 a month for each extra seat. Nothing stops working mid-season.
Exporting and cancelling
Export guests, bookings, dives and invoices as CSV whenever you like. Cancel and the account stays readable for 30 days so you can take everything.
Changing plan
Change plan from Billing in the app. An upgrade applies immediately and is prorated; a cancellation runs to the end of the period you already paid for.
