The eight modules
Every plan includes all eight. They share one set of guests, one price list and one invoice, so a dive logged on the boat is already on the bill at checkout.

The inbox
Email, WhatsApp, Instagram and your website's contact form arrive in one list.
You reply from DiveOS on the channel the guest used, so a guest never knows you switched tools.
Each conversation links to a guest record and, once they book, to the booking itself.
Filter by channel, status, assignee or unread.
Canned replies with variables such as the guest's first name and a link to your price list.
Assign a conversation to a colleague and leave internal notes the guest never sees.

Bookings and pre-arrival forms
A booking holds everyone in the group, their dates and what they plan to do.
When you confirm it, each guest gets a link to fill in their details, the medical questionnaire and the liability release on their phone.
A "Yes" on the medical form flags the guest until a physician clears them.
Calendar by day, week or month with expected guests against boat and guide capacity.
Deposits: requested, received, method and date. Deposits appear on the final invoice.
Reminders seven days before arrival if forms are pending, and the day before with what to bring.

Adjust dates and planned items at the counter.

The daily board and dive log
Trips are columns, guests are cards. Drag a guest onto Boat 1 AM, print the manifest, go.
After the dive the guide logs each guest in four fields: max depth, dive time, air consumed, guide.
Logged dives go straight to the invoice, so nothing is retyped at checkout.
Manifest with emergency contacts, medical flags, certification levels and equipment sets, printable.
Site, dive type, gas, water temperature and visibility are set once per dive and shared by every guest on it.
Numeric keypad inputs. Enter moves down the column. Twelve guests in under ninety seconds.

Courses
Open Water, Advanced, a try dive: each is a course template with its sessions, ratios and prerequisites.
Enroll a guest, assign an instructor who holds the right rating, and sign off sessions as they happen.
Open-water sessions appear on the boat manifest like any other dive.
PADI and SSI core courses pre-loaded. Edit the session plan or add your own agency.
Only instructors with a valid, unexpired rating for the course can be assigned. Ratio limits warn.
Students from different bookings can share one course group.

Rentals
Every BCD, regulator and wetsuit is a numbered item.
Assign a set to a guest by scanning its label, swap a leaking regulator mid-week, and check condition on return.
Rental days flow to the invoice, and service dates remind you before a regulator is overdue.
Rental board: who has what right now. Overdue returns are highlighted.
Printable QR labels per item. Pick by category and the guest's sizes.
Damaged items go to maintenance with a ticket.

Rates and invoices
Write your prices the way you say them: boat dive 45, night dive 60, ten-dive package 380, full equipment 15 a day.
At checkout, DiveOS builds the invoice from the dives that were logged and the gear that was rented.
It applies the cheapest valid package and shows the balance.
Rate cards with a validity window and an audience: direct, agent, resident, repeat, staff.
Volume tiers across a booking, surcharges per dive, packages that cover a set of dive types.
Taxes inclusive or exclusive, and per-person-per-day fees such as marine park charges.

Purchase orders from draft to received, with moving-average cost.
Pre-departure boat checklists on the captain's phone. A failed item opens a ticket.
