What it does
- A board and a list, filtered by stage and searched by name or contact, both running in the database rather than in your browser.
See at a glance who is still waiting on an answer, and how many days it has been.
Quote from your live price list. The prices are copied onto the quote, so changing a rate later never rewrites what you offered.
Converting creates the booking and the guest, matches a returning diver to their existing record, and links the two so you can count what converts.
A booking holds the whole group: dates, party, and every item they plan to do.
Deposits: requested, received, method and date, credited on the final invoice.
Items that need a certification level flag any guest who has not given one.
